Return Policy
We want you to be 100% happy with your purchase. If your items need to be returned for any reason, returns can be made within 30 days of purchase with a 10% restocking fee. All items must be in new condition.
You will be responsible for shipping costs to and from our shop. Custom products cannot be returned.
Freight Shipments
PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING CAREFULLY. Failure to follow these guidelines can prevent us from being able to file a claim if your shipment is damaged in transit.
At the time of delivery, carefully review the Bill of Lading (BOL), delivery receipt, and your pallet to ensure nothing was damaged in transit. Do not sign for any services you have not authorized. If there is damage, document on the delivery receipt or refuse delivery of the shipment. If there is damage evident on the outside of the pallet, take photos of the damage prior to unpacking the shipment. Please notify us immediately (claims must be submitted within 48 hours) if you discover any damage occurred during transit so we can file a claim.
Please follow these steps when you receive your material:
Note: AB Production Solutions LLC will have to charge for any replacement products if these steps are not followed.
1. Carefully count the pieces and match the actual amount received with the amount listed on the delivery receipt.
2. Note any shortages clearly on BOTH the driver’s copy and your copy of the delivery receipt (BOL). Have the driver sign BOTH copies.
3. Carefully check each crate and carton for visible damage. All damage to either packaging or contents MUST BE CLEARLY NOTED on both delivery receipts and signed by the driver.
Photograph all damage.
4. Immediately notify the carrier and Anthony Burnett at 630-296-43701 or info@abprodsolutions.com about any shortages and/or damages. Email photos of the damage to info@abprodsolutions.com
5. Keep damaged items and packaging for the carrier to inspect. Do not dispose of these items without permission of the carrier or AB Production Solutions LLC.
6. Remember: Count, check, verify, notate, have driver sign, notify, and keep damaged goods.
7. Concealed damage must be declared within 5 days of receiving freight.
